Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service. Please arrive on time. Arriving 15 minutes late to an appointment will be subject each client to $50 late fee. Arriving 30 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled and the cancellation fee will be applied to the next service. It is recommended clients come with clean lashes to maximise on their appointment time. Removal of makeup and/or build up on lashes will only reduce the amount of time left in the appointment for application.
